This agreement represents the only agreement between you and us, and supersedes all prior or temporary agreements with respect to this web site. This agreement may be amended at any time by us without specific notice.

Limited rights to use
We grant non-exclusive limited license to use the products sold through our web site by independent content providers in accordance with these terms.
- you may use our products on your own or your client's project
- you are allowed to make as many modifications to our products as needed to fit your purposes
- you may not place our products on a diskette, CD, web site or any other medium /modified or unmodified/ for resale or redistribution of any kind
- you are not allowed to sublicense, assign or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from our company
- rights to use our products or account login informations are not transferable

You may use your 2rebrand.com affiliate links and interface anywhere on your web site(s)
Commissions
Commissions are calculated automaticaly right after our authorization deptartment approves the purchase. You can see the earnings in your affiliate area anytime. At all our projects you earn 25% commission on gross sales for customers who purchase product or membership using your affiliate link/interface. You get also 5% commission from each purchase done thru affiliates who joined our affiliate program thru your aff link or web site /2nd tier/. You will receive your commission of all sales during affiliate cookie lifetime.
If our company must refund a customer purchase for which you received a commission, your commission WILL NOT be substracted from your commission earnings.
Payments
Commission payments are being done using Moneybookers or 2checkout. If your account balance exceeds 600USD we are able to send your commission via wire transfer as well.
You will receive your money within 48 hours after you click withdraw funds button in your affiliate area. Payment will be sent using the way you select /moneybookers, 2checkout or wire transfer/.
There has to be at least 100USD account balance in order for you to be able to withdraw the commission.
